If you want a middle-of-the-road fruity white, this isn’t for you. On the other hand, if you want texture, tension and length, look no further. A long, mouth-watering and food-friendly wine of incredible structure. This 2019 vintage it is still a baby and will further develop depth and complexity after a few years in the cellar.
