This is 100% Cabernet Franc which has an atypical expressive nose with aromas of red fruits. On the palate, the wine is very soft but well structured. It has a long and very aromatic finish with hints of red fruits, herbs and black pepper. Opening the wine for 20/30 minutes before serving will allow it to show its best.
A great pairing wine with charcuterie, poultry, rabbit and red or white meat. Pasta with sauce or exotic dishes.
