Château La Coste is famous for its sculpture park, the iconic building designed by some of world’s most renowned architects and for its flagship range of organic Provence rosés. The Rosé d’ Une Nuit has the same blend as its sibling Lisa but the fruit hails from selected key parcels for a more powerful, structured and serious pink. Featured in the August 2020 issue of Decanter magazine, it was awarded 95 Points and qualified as ‘Outstanding!’
Captivating pale pink colour with aromas of fresh red berries, pink citrus and floral hints. The palate is soft and round, with a juicy textured finish and lingering fruit flavours. Bone dry, thirst-quenching yet delicate and silky. Pairs perfectly with octopus, summer salads, sardines and grilled white fish.
