This is the second white wine in the range from biodynamic producer Château de Suronde. It preserves freshness and subtle aromatics of the Chenin Blanc, while 1 year of bottle ageing has added complexity and body. The grapes are picked by hand so that only the top fruit go into the wine – grapes that do not make the cut are discarded.
La Création expresses more than the house’s entry style. Select vineyards and grapes go into this wine which shows a pretty nose with notes of white flowers, acacia and linden leaf. In the mouth, it has lovely, complex flavours of honey, pear, yellow apple and almonds. It is a lively, sharp, very fresh wine that offers complexity, vivacity and purity. Superb!
