From the banks of the Loire comes this elegant “pet-nat” or pétillant naturel wine made from 100% Cabernet Franc. The single fermentation in the bottle means that no artificial yeasts or sugars are added and this is, therefore, a refreshing, dry and super mineral pour. This ancestral method of sparkling winemaking allows the terroir to be fully expressed inside the bottle.
The wine has a beautiful and delicate nose of pear, ripe apple, lemon with an overall florality. The palate is very dry and lip-smacking, with lots of mouth-filling lemon and citrus fruits and creamy apple. Mouthwatering and moreish! Enjoy as an aperitif, with tuna tartare, smoked salmon or a light quiche. Also a great companion to fruity desserts.
