Made from fruit produced from (minimum) 50-year old cabernet franc vines. De-stemmed, spontaneously fermented in stainless with wild yeast, bottled unfined/unfiltered. This is the house expression that the property prides itself in showing, as experts in growing cabernet franc grapes.

Château de Minière Rouge De Minière is an refreshing yet elegant Cabernet Franc from Château de Minière’s own organically farmed vineyards. There is hint of green tannin alongside deep flavours of cherry and plum, with great acidity to add balance and structure to the wine.

This wine will pair well with lighter red meat dishes such as cold cuts and duck.
