From the banks of the Loire comes this elegant “pet-nat” or pétillant naturel wine made from 100% Cabernet Franc. The single fermentation in the bottle means that no artificial yeasts or sugars are added and this is, therefore, a refreshing, dry and super mineral pour. This ancestral method of sparkling winemaking allows the terroir to be fully expressed inside the bottle. The fragrant nose of wild strawberries and crunchy raspberries is followed by a fleshy palate balanced by the mineral edge. Hints of spices on the finish.

Enjoy as an aperitif, with tuna tartare, smoked salmon or a light quiche. Also a great companion to fruity desserts.
