They’ve become pantry staples for the Wanderlust team – go-to wines for a glass at the end of a rough day or a dinner party with friends.
Their Cabernet is held back for a year to develop and soften. And it shows! JaJa’a Cab Sauv is plush and polished, a smoothie of juicy black fruits and black cherries underpinned by peppery spices and a green herbaceousness. Fine tannins complement the measured acidity and fruitiness for great varietal character. Cabernet lovers will not be disappointed!
A great companion to red meat and roasted vegetables.
