This is the house expression of Brimoncourt’s style – an elegant and classy chardonnay dominant blend alongside pinot noir.
It has a gentle, classic, and enticing nose of yeasty brioche, peaches and cream, red and green apples and citrus fruits. The palate has a good level of crispness due to a lower than normal 6g of dosage, leading to a super-long mouthfeel – yum and moreish!
