Following the success of the first Rendez-vous, Billecart is now launching this second, and even more limited, single-varietal edition. After Pinot Meunier it’s now time for Pinot Noir to shine.

Hailing from the two historic terroirs of the Montagne de Reims – Ambonnay and Verzenay – where Pinot Noir imprints a distinctive identity in the wine, this champagne has incredible precision, purity and texture. An Extra-Brut (just 2gr of dosage) with vibrancy, drive and zesty minerality. Best enjoyed at cellar temperature alongside rich seafood.

Only a few thousand bottles were made and very few released to the UK market. This is therefore expected to sell out quite quickly.
