The colour of the wine is sparkling yellow gold with a fine bubble structure. This wine is vinified partially in oak casks, underpinning richness and subtlety, enhancing the complexity and layering of the delicious fruit flavours. Fine flavours of white peach, nectarine, plum and citrus zest are balanced by a precise tension in the wine. Delicious and complex! Serve at cellar temperature (11/12°C).
