The Billecart Salmon brut reserve has a very light and harmonious pour, made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay three different years and sourced from the best sites in the Champagne region. Baby bottles are great to not have to feel you need to drink a whole bottle.
It has a distinct and precise intensity with refined aromas and uplifting freshness. The wine has a delicate texture in the mouth, structured around fleshy fruit flavours (apples, crunchy pears) and serves perfectly both as an aperitif and alongside light dishes such as a seafood platter, spaghetti or goat’s curd salad.
