The nose is fruity with notes of cherries, blueberries, strawberries, earth, liquorice, light oak, spices, peppercorn, and herbs. The palate is layered with flavours of sweet cherries, red plums, strawberries, raspberries, spices, light oak, bitter herbs, tobacco leaf, earth, dark coffee, and black pepper. This medium bodied wine is framed with well-integrated acidity, soft and fine-grained tannins. This Pinot Noir from Oregon is pleasingly balanced, spicy and fruit-forward.
